You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly, and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload, including photos, audio, and messages. By submitting content, you grant us the rights needed to process, host, and deliver your video greeting cards.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid features, subscriptions, and billing terms (if offered) will be presented in-app or at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Satisfaction guarantee and fair use

Our Melted Heart Promise is offered in good faith for genuine customer dissatisfaction. We may limit, refuse, or revoke refunds where there is suspected abuse, repeated excessive claims, fraud, or other unfair use of the guarantee.

You acknowledge that our service uses AI-powered video generation technology. While we aim to deliver high-quality cinematic results, AI generation is not perfect and output quality can vary by photo condition, scan quality, lighting, and source material. We cannot guarantee every movie will render every photo perfectly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rememories is provided on an "as is" basis, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
