Rememories™ Acceptable Use Policy

To keep our community safe and our "cinematic hugs" heartfelt, we do not process "Jobs" that contain the following:

1. Illegal or Restricted Content

Child Safety: Any imagery depicting the exploitation or abuse of minors. We have a zero-tolerance policy and will report such material to the Australian Federal Police (AFP).

Illegal Acts: Photos depicting or promoting criminal activities, illicit drugs, or extreme violence.

2. Explicit & Adult Content

Nudity & Sexual Acts:We are a family-oriented service. We do not process sexually explicit imagery, pornography, or highly suggestive "adult" content.

Graphic Violence: Images depicting gore, mutilation, or cruelty to humans or animals.

3. Hate Speech & Harassment

Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or promotes discrimination based on race, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.

Harassment:Using the "Living Movie" format to bully, stalk, or demean an individual.

4. Intellectual Property & Privacy

Copyrighted Material:You must own the rights to the photos you upload. Do not upload professional photography (unless you own the license), movie stills, or artwork that isn't yours.

Non-Consensual Imagery: Do not animate the likeness of a person who has not given you permission to do so.

5. Automated Misuse

Scraping & Bots:Attempting to use our AI engine via automated scripts or "botting" the rendering process is strictly prohibited.
